[ad_1]

Dubai-based developer Damac Properties will hand over its flagship project in Europe – Damac Towers Nine Elms (DTNE), a 50-storey luxury twin towers in London’s upscale Zone 1 with stunning interiors by Versace .

Nine Elms is its first project in Europe and Versace’s first collaboration with a new residential property in London’s prime zone 1. Located in the Nine Elms district on London’s South Bank, this ultra-modern tower has a unique and balanced architectural composition, carefully crafted to create impressive views from every angle.

The property features studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses. DTNE features 8,010 square feet of communal gardens and four floors of office space in the South Tower.

Versace interiors add a touch of luxury to the chic Twin Towers project following Versace interior collaborations on the Damac Towers in Beirut and Jeddah.

In addition to Versace, Damac has collaborated with several other brands including Cavalli, de Grisogono, Paramount, Rotana, Radisson and The Trump Organization.

Regarding the DTNE project, Damac said its customer experience team is working tirelessly to ensure a seamless transition and handover journey for homeowners.

Additionally, based on Damac’s digital approach, a virtual home viewing option is provided for customers who cannot be physically present.

For those present, Damac’s customer relationship management team will be travelling from Dubai to host a meet-and-greet at DTNE to celebrate the pinnacle, the developer said.

Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of Damac, said: “We are delighted to have completed our first project in Europe. DTNE is very special to us and we are very pleased with the end result, which combines beautifully with our chic look and style The interior design of Versace Home.”

“Our CRM team is on the ground to ensure a smooth transition and make sure everything is in perfect shape and the required access is running before customers come into their homes to make viewing appointments,” McLoughlin said.

This is an exciting time for Damac as we rapidly expand our global footprint by looking for joint venture opportunities around the world,” he added.
