DAMAC hands over 26-storey Business Bay tower

[ad_1]

Leading UAE developer Damac Properties has handed over its 26-storey Zada Tower, an upscale building in Dubai’s Business Bay with key amenities.

Major work on the tower began in September 2020 and was completed this year, the developer said, demonstrating the efficient pace of construction despite the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Apart from its prime location, Zada also offers great facilities such as a swimming pool, children’s play area, fitness center and retail outlets, which add to its appeal, it said.

It added that due to its location in one of Dubai’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, near Downtown Dubai, residents will be close to the best shopping, dining and entertainment experiences in the neighbourhood.

As Damac expands globally, we continue to deliver world-class luxury projects from our headquarters in Dubai. The city’s real estate market is booming and properties along the Dubai Canal are proving to be a popular selling point for interested clients,” said its managing director, Mohammed Tahaineh.

He said there were four Damac Maison hotels and two Paramount Hotels by Damac in the area, in addition to a range of other residential buildings in Business Bay/city centre, including Aykon City.

The announcement follows the successful handover of the two adjacent Damac towers Reva and Vera in Business Bay in mid-2022. These towers offer stunning views of the city skyline and Dubai Canal.

“Our strong presence in Business Bay continues to grow and we are delighted to contribute to the development along the Dubai Canal where we can offer our residents some of the best views in the city,” he added.trade arab news agency
