Damac, a leading developer of luxury projects in Dubai, has announced the launch of its exclusive beachfront living development – Skycrest Collection – ultra-luxury apartments designed by Italian fashion house Cavalli.
The launch of the three-tower property follows Cavalli’s successful launches of Damac Bay and Damac Bay 2, the developer said.
Located in the heart of Dubai Harbour, the meticulously crafted collection will span multiple floors across both projects, spanning all five towers, taking advantage of the stunning views across the harbor and beyond.
Promising a beach on their doorstep, the twin project launched this year to bring the comforts of sea and sun to families, along with enviable views and joie de vivre, it said.
“Damac Bay and Damac Bay 2 will bring a sense of luxury and elegant upgrades to Dubai’s skyline. Situated in a pristine and relatively undeveloped area of Dubai, we believe this dual project will offer an unparalleled level of sophistication and living ambiance, unlike No other project the city has seen so far,” said Damac senior vice president Niall McLoughlin.
“The Skycrest Collection will be the best of both worlds, crowning its exclusivity and sophistication. In a city that never ceases to sleep and innovate, we are proud to present products that keep the essence alive and continue to elevate A skyline that is the envy of the world,” he noted.
Located in Dubai Harbour, Damac Bay’s design scheme has always been inspired by the wonders of sea life, with interiors featuring shells, pearls and zebrafish motifs, while the stylish exterior pays homage to the tranquil waves.
The towers at Damac Bay feature a Cavalli-inspired bridge coiled around the roof, the developer said.
Throughout the development’s master plan, the property offers residents a choice from one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom ultra-luxury duplexes, it added.
According to him, residents of Damac Bay will have access to a private beach of white sand, a range of dining options and the property’s exclusive Cavalli Lounge. Additionally, he noted that the three-tower building was built to provide each unit with beautiful waterfront views.
“The lobby at Damac Bay is the hotel’s welcome point, inspired by tall glass windows and the beauty of the sea. Further into the hotel, the podium levels of the towers offer a maritime retreat in the form of an elaborate water maze, a jungle oasis and a A wave pool,” he explained.
The podium also features hammocks suspended above the building’s in-ground infinity pool, providing easy access to the Cavalli Lounge and its premium menu.
All three towers feature rooftop infinity pools, allowing residents to bask in breathtaking views and work comfortably on vista’s floating workstations. He noted that the rooftop area is also equipped with a state-of-the-art opera house overlooking the calm waves of the Arabian Gulf.
“The crown of Damac Bay is the fountain located in the central tower. The gigantic fountain, synchronized to opera music, offers onlookers a water show that can be enjoyed near the tower or from miles away,” the senior official said.
McLoughlin said children living in Damac Bay will have the opportunity to attend a virtual reality school, with lessons projected by laser onto the property’s fountain.
The sequel to Damac Bay Properties, Damac Bay 2 is a 52-storey twin tower with the best in property amenities, transporting residents to a luxury oasis inspired by wildlife.
He added that the amenities within Damac’s newest luxury property complement the tower’s state-of-the-art floor plan, offering residents a quintessential resort with housing options ranging from premium one-bedroom apartments to five-bedroom ultra-luxury luxury suites.trade arab news agency
