DAMAC unveils ultra-luxurious seven-bed mansion in Dubai

[ad_1]

Damac Properties, a leading UAE developer, has announced the launch of its prime project Gems Estates – a collection of ultra-luxury high-end five- to seven-bedroom luxury homes in the Damac Hills community.

In unveiling the project, DAMAC said the villa exterior will be branded by Swiss jeweller de Grisogono, while the home interior will be branded by renowned Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli, making it the world’s first co-branded real estate project.

The artistic style of Gems Estates is inspired by the famous Austrian Symbolist painter Gustav Klimt, inspired by shapes and curves, which are reflected in the exterior of the villa. It says that the color theme is black diamonds and gold textures.

According to Damac, Gems Estates, which will be spread over Damac Hill, will be the last villa in this award-winning community.

Damac Hills, its first major development on Umm Suqeim Road and Hessa Street, features a variety of recreational and leisure facilities including a skate park, fishing lake, stables, petting farm and sports facilities for residents.

“This is another premium addition to our Damac Hills community. We continue to raise the bar when it comes to unique living experiences, and our brand associations with brands like Versace, Cavalli and others have been highly sought after by our customers over the years” Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President, Niall McLoughlin Say.

Last September, Damac Properties launched Cavalli Tower, an ultra-luxury 70-storey tower in Dubai Marina. The skyscraper will offer occupants stunning views of the Palm Jumeirah and premium interiors by Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli.

Earlier this year, the company unveiled the Safa One and Safa Two towers at Safa Park overlooking the Dubai Canal. These premium towers will be branded by de Grisogono.

In its 2021 Branded Homes report, international real estate consultancy Savills said the number of branded homes has increased by 230% over the past decade, adding more than 500,000 units across 356 schemes worldwide.

According to the report, the branded residential market will continue to grow, with brands and property developers eyeing new locations to expand their portfolios.

“Damac has carefully studied these market trends and leveraged its existing relationships with premium global brands to bring unique products to market,” said McLoughlin.

“This gives us an edge in what others don’t while our clients seek luxury. We’ve seen an incredible demand for our branded items and we’re excited to continue to outperform ourselves in delivering differentiation life experience,” he added.arab trade news agency
