Dana Chanel and Prince Donnell broke their silence in a civil lawsuit and asked their supporters to stand up for them (video)

Christian influencer Dana Chanel insisted on her position and refuted all the allegations of fraud against her. A civil lawsuit filed by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office.

Dana Chanel is accused of defrauding small business owners, especially black businesses, by failing to provide promised goods and services to paying customers. Some of these services include credit repair and enterprise application development.

Dana, known as the founder of Curl Bible and the Christian mobile app Sprinkle of Jesus, stood with her husband and business partner Prince Donnell because they denied fraud in a video shared to her Instagram account on Wednesday night Allegations.

“First of all, we would like to thank you very much for your patience,” Dana began to play the video. “I am afraid that our silence has become a certain type of confession, because we have always wanted to be a role model for black business owners, how to deal with business differences with professionalism and diplomacy.”

Prince Donnell then interjected to deny the allegations against their company.

“We are currently processing civil litigation and deny any and all claims that have been made,” he said. “We have the best legal team in the country to defend us, but please note that we take all consumer affairs very seriously.”

Then Donnell asked their supporters and customers for help in the negative news.

“For all our supporters and customers, I ask you to stand up at this time,” Donnell said. “Acknowledge and guarantee that we have had a positive impact on your life, and believe that you can patronize our business and receive quality services.”

Dana added that they also established a “Black Business Review Committee” to create a safe business place.

The lawsuit happened more than a year later A sort of A page dedicated to Dana Chanel Appeared on Instagram for alleged fraud. The page displays a series of recommendation letters from Dana Chanel’s alleged clients who claimed that they were scammed by her business.

The lawsuit specifically mentions Credit Exterminators Inc. and Alakazam Apps, LLC, which provide mobile application development services for small businesses.

Dana Chanel and her sister Cassandra April Olivera jointly own and run Credit Exterminators/Earn Company, and jointly run Alakazam Apps with her father Nakia Rattray.

One of the frauds that Dana Chanel was accused of involved a consumer who paid $2,000 to Alakazam Apps and believed she would work directly with Dana and her team to launch a customized application for her non-profit organization.

The lawsuit alleges that the woman never received the application and tried to contact the company by phone more than 10 times, but never received their response or received a refund.

Another consumer stated that when she signed a contract with Credit Exterminators, their understanding was that they would settle the delinquent credit account on her behalf. Months after paying for the service, the woman claimed that she had received a wage garnishment letter from creditors that she believed Credit Exterminators had settled.

The woman also said that she paid Dana Chanel $2,000 but never saw a refund or the service she paid for.
