The client is the digital arm of a leading global media and technology company that owns and operates business units that provide cable, entertainment (major movies, television broadcasts and theme parks) and streaming services.This agreement renews the license originally scheduled for June 2023extended for another year to June 2024.
The one-year renewal includes a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) license for approximately $145,000 Plus transaction fees based on show volume and consumer engagement platform3. In 2022, Datatable will bill customers approximately $500,000 In terms of SaaS licensing and transaction fees, the estimated gross margin is over 80%, and the invoice value and gross margin are expected to increase in 2023.
