DC Aviation Al-Futtaim, a leading business aviation service provider, has achieved International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Phase 3 certification for its Fixed Base Operations (FBO) in Dubai South.
DCAF achieved Phase 1 accreditation in May 2019 and Phase 2 accreditation in January 2021.
With Phase 3 accreditation, DCAF is one of only two FBOs in the Middle East and one of 27 organizations worldwide to receive the highest security standards set by IS-BAH, which verifies that security management activities are fully integrated into the business and actively safety culture is ongoing.

The certification process involves a comprehensive audit of DCAF’s FBO safety management system, emergency and safety procedures, organizational structure, training protocols and operating procedures, conducted by independent auditors from the International Business Aviation Council (IBAC).

“During this audit, our commitment to continuous improvement of safety management activities and a positive safety culture was demonstrated and validated, resulting in IS-BAH Stage 3 certification.
