Denise Richards feels “thankfully safe” | Entertainment

[ad_1]

Denise Richards was “thankful to be safe” after her truck was shot last week.

The 51-year-old actress and her husband Aaron Phypers were traveling in their truck in Los Angeles on November 14 when a driver allegedly opened fire on their car and on Thanksgiving Thursday (24.11.22), The ‘Wild Things’ star has thanked her fans for their “love and support” after the horrific incident.

She shared a message on Instagram, which read: “I want to express my sincerest thanks to everyone who has reached out to me and Aaron during this time. We are all so grateful to be safe. Love and love from all of you The support has been overwhelming!! We are so grateful to each and every one of you.”

It was previously explained that Aaron drove Denise to work at Popsicle Studios when a gold and maroon van started following their Ford F-150 Shelby pickup truck.

A source said: [Aaron] It can be seen – he’s been making the right decisions because they’re clearly getting the attention. The guy was clearly behind him. “

“The van was on his tail and almost pushed him off … they couldn’t figure it out.”

The van eventually pulled up to their left, and Aaron rolled down the window to confront their driver, who argued he was blocking him.

Aaron apologized and drove off, but when the couple arrived on set, they realized the man had shot them in the back of their truck.

The source added: “The guy had taken off, but when they realized the car had been shot, they were really freaked out and the production crew secured the scene,” the source said. “Despite their frustration, [Denise] Decided to stay and make a movie. Her role is just a one-day contract.

“The production company made her feel safe, but they did not report the incident to the police.

“They now think people go after the car itself because it’s worth a lot of money.”

At the end of Denise’s day, an off-duty police officer on set then escorted the two back onto the highway on their way home.
