Russia accused Ukrainian soldiers of executing more than a dozen prisoners of war after a video from the front line circulated on social media, a report said. According to The Guardian, the video shows a group of Russian soldiers emerging from an outbuilding of a house with their hands raised above their heads before being told to lie face down.
One of the soldiers appeared to point his gun at what appeared to be a group of Ukrainian soldiers wearing yellow armbands as they emerged from the half-destroyed outhouse.
Footage shows all Russians killed in the ensuing violence.

A spokesman for the Russian Ministry of Defense said: “The brutal murder of Russian servicemen was neither the first nor the only war crime. It is a common practice of the Ukrainian armed forces, actively supported by the Kyiv regime and blatantly ignored by its Western patrons .”
The Russian Defense Ministry added that the video showed “deliberate and methodical murder of more than 10 disabled Russian servicemen by depraved Ukrainian soldiers”.
The spokesman added that the Ukrainian government would be held accountable for “every prisoner who is tortured and killed”.
