DJ Envy reiterates comments on ‘Selling Tampa’ production

[ad_1]

DJ Envy responds to Sharelle Rosado on new real estate reality show, “Selling Tampa” And double down on the fact that he won’t be coming for her and the cast of the new Netflix series. Yesterday, we reported on Sharelle’s comments on “Queen Cocktail” after Envy posted on Instagram last week comparing “Selling Tampa” and “Selling Sunset” from a production perspective. While Envy’s previous comments were not malicious, Sharelle did not.

Speaking to the co-hosts, she said: “If he paid attention when we started talking, we were in the luxury sector and we got big deals on the show. We found a developer and we listed All his listings, millions of dollars worth of listings, he didn’t notice.” As Sharelle went on, she brought up a deal made by Monique Rodriguez, owner of beauty company Mielle Organics, who Want a minority brokerage firm to represent her.

Today, at The Breakfast Club, Envy decided to clarify a post he made six days ago. The DJ doubled down on what he thought of the actor and made it clear there was no problem. The root of the problem is not the show, but the portrayal of black women that jealousy dislikes.

Speaking with co-host Angela Yee, he explained that, compared to “Selling Sunset,” the show was edited to make “Selling Tampa” more of a drama than selling a house. “I don’t like how they treat our black women, but if my black sisters are okay with it, then you can all take it,” Envy said.

Roommates, do you think this is a misunderstanding? !
