The Dubai Maritime Authority (DMA) has launched a comprehensive training program through the Dubai Trade Single Window Portal to introduce the declaration services process to the Dubai Maritime Sector.
The initiative follows the publication of Directive No. 1 in 2023 on the transparency of local sea container charges in Dubai, which requires all service providers to declare their local sea container charges to DMA through the secure Dubai Trade Single Window Portal and is for Published in response to the DMA’s Stakeholder Engagement Program.
Service providers can choose the ideal time for them from a total of 17 one-hour sessions featuring films and infographics describing the filing process, as well as a dedicated hotline and email address to answer urgent inquiries.
