It looks like Doja Cat has won her first hosted show at VMA in 2021.
On Wednesday, Doja Cat announced on Twitter that she will not only perform, but will also host the MTV Music Video Awards Ceremony at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on September 12.
Doja Cat tweeted: “I will host 2021 #VMA Wowowowowowow on @MTV at 8pm on September 12th this year.”

Doja also received five category nominations from this year’s VMA, including “Video of the Year” and “Artist of the Year”.
As you know, Doja performed at the 2020 VMA hosted by Keke Palmer. Doja also won the PUSH Best Newcomer Award that year.
Also performing will be Lil Nas X, Machine Gun Kelly and Chloe Bailey, to name a few.
As previously reported, Chloe Bailey will release a solo album after the show.
This will be Chloe’s second time on the VMA stage, because last year, she and her sister Halle performed their hit single “Ungodly Hour”.
Although some performers are preparing for their VMA performance, Normani and her community have launched an event to invite the singer to perform.
Friends, what do you think about this?
