Explain the background of you and the company in detail.
I am an Austrian citizen who studied law and international business in Austria. After a long career in management across different industries ranging from mechanical engineering to logistics and banking, I decided to move to Dubai. There I founded GloBra FZ-LLC, a new business in the field of the internet focused on blockchain technology and its application in e-commerce.
What are your goals?
Our goal is to offer a new e-commerce platform allowing users to build and manage their online communities while benefitting from total privacy and data control based on a unique and patent-pending chain code hyperchain and blockchain technology. Our parallel token solution to any fiat or cryptocurrencies allows fund transfers without any blockchain-related transaction cost enabling users to adopt crypto in daily e-commerce.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
Our patent-pending technology allows for a unique way to manage online communities, crypto payments, money transfer, and e-commerce without the usual high crypto transfer cost. Furthermore, we offer tailor-made solutions to countries, organizations, and companies, like the one we have recently built for our e-commerce project “GAMB Power to the Merchants” under this link: www.gamb.io.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
We created GLBrain, something new and innovative, using blockchain technology in social networking and e-commerce. This took us several years to develop and build and was first brought to market in 2021 as a tailor-made solution for GAMB.
Why did you start (or want to be the head of) this company?
I wanted to be the front-runner in a new and exciting field. I have had a lot of experience running large traditional companies and wanted to do something new and innovative. Also, to bring a project like GLBrain to life, I needed an entrepreneur-friendly environment that supports and welcomes new ventures like Dubai. Being able to be a Dubai company allowed us to focus on the essential parts like development and the execution of our business without complicating things with restrictions and sanctions.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Back in the days we started, Blockchain technology was not widely known, and for projects like ours, financing was not readily available. Also, finding knowledgeable staff was a challenge, given the industry’s novelty.

Tell us about a project that forced you to be innovative and creative.
The GLBrain project forced us to create new technology in a field dominated by giants. As a small team, we had agility on our side, which other massive companies could not replicate. This agility allowed us to be creative and pivot quickly when needed. Also, I firmly believe that creativity is born out of scarcity, and given that we were a small company in a new industry, resources were scarce, which forced us to make more out of less!

We offer tailor-made solutions for Blockchain-based fund transfer, e-commerce, and day-to-day crypto payments to countries, organizations, and businesses. This makes us unique from all other players in this field.
What are the key values that helped you overcome the roadblocks/challenges in your career? Tell us something about your memorable incident in your leadership?
My focus was always to know not only the technology but the customers. Good leaders are better listeners than tellers. They have a strong understanding of what the customer needs and are creative to find the best possible solution. The most memorable incident in my leadership career was to be promoted from Assistant to the CEO of a large German high-tech machine-building company at an early age. I believe this promotion was due to my open mind ability to adjust well to new challenges. Bringing these new values into an old and traditionally lead company proved very successful. It led the company out of a difficult situation and into a very profitable firm and the world market leader until today.
Dr. Wolfgang Pinegger, How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
We are continuously developing and improving the GAMB Crypto Marketplace. We also see interest from partners and customers in developing new tailor-made solutions for the GAMB Marketplace for other innovative applications in the future. We are currently on a fast growth path with the main challenge to grow our internal resources to match this pace.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
We want to continue to innovate and pave the way to new and more sustainable solutions for our users. At the moment, our customers can buy, sell and advertise their goods and services on the blockchain with zero transaction fees. This will be the first real-world use case for crypto to be used in daily e-commerce.
What services/solutions or products does your company offer at par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services?
We offer tailor-made blockchain, crypto, and e-commerce solutions with zero transaction fees within the ecosystem. This will be a game-changer for all countries and NGOs that rely on many small daily transactions to generate customer value. As the next step, we are working on implementing a unique NFT system allowing conversion of all products on GAMB Marketplace into NFT’s, which can be traded without gas fees.
