Drew Barrymore Reflecting on childhood innocence with some of her peers alien partner.
The actor-turned-talk-show host is getting the band back together for an upcoming episode The Drew Barrymore Showshe admitted that she believed the alien puppets were real when they filmed the cult classic in a preview shared on the show’s Instagram account earlier today (October 28).
“I believe the aliens are real,” she revealed in the first moments of the peek. “I really, really love him,” she continued, as some of her guests looked at her suspiciously, “in such a profound way.” So much so that she would even bring him as a child Come for lunch.
Henry ThomasThe man who played Elliott jumped in to share that she didn’t just make sure he was fed. “Well, the first thing I remember is we were on stage, and it was cold on stage, and you asked the wardrobe lady if you could have a scarf for ET’s neck because he’d have a cold, so you put a scarf around your neck. but Di [Wallace]The guys who played their mother Mary had a great story,” he said, changing the subject.
“Well, we found out over there that you were just talking to ET, so we let steven [Spielburg] Know, so since then Steven has appointed two people to keep the alien alive so he can respond to you whenever you come over and talk to him. ”
Barrymore was clearly moved by the information, and her eyes seemed to have swelled a lot before the clip started.
Her followers were thrilled with the behind-the-scenes insight, as moved by the staff working so hard to keep her magic alive.
