The initiative, in partnership with Netcracker, Accenture, HPE, Arimac, Tata Consulting Services, Tech Mahindra and ATOS, is the first step in one of du’s major transformations and a major milestone in the organization’s transformation journey, aiming to achieve a goal of becoming a , the region’s leading digital telecommunications company has contributed to the transformation agenda of the UAE leadership.

Digital transformation initiatives will use next-generation technologies to improve customer, product and channel experiences. The program is designed to address service interruptions and technical failures as customers expect higher service levels and better advice.

The program will also facilitate the introduction of new services that leverage new technologies, facilitate world-class experiences, improve reliability, and enhance stable systems and resilient platforms. du intends to move its customer base to a modern and stable platform that can deliver these enhanced features and experiences.
