Dubai: 17-year-old on probation for bike fire

A 17-year-old, along with another accomplice, faces charges of theft and arson at Dubai’s Juvenile Court after stealing and setting fire to a delivery bike. The Dubai Public Prosecution confirmed the judicial probation on Wednesday. The bike was taken from a restaurant before they fled the scene.

After dismounting the motorbike in a different location, the accused deliberately ignited the bike by pulling out its petrol tube, as reported by the Dubai Public Prosecution. As a result, the juvenile was put under judicial probation by the court.
