Dubai Airport wins ‘Great Employer’ Stevie Gold Award

[ad_1]

Dubai Airport was named Gold for Most Innovative Workplace Redesign During Covid-10 at the seventh annual Stevie Top Employers Awards.

Dubai Airports received a Gold Stevie Award for the many impressive steps taken to protect the health and well-being of employees, customers and guests during the Covid-19 pandemic. This includes redesigning the workplace at Dubai Airport, installing on-site testing and vaccination facilities, and providing these facilities free of charge to all employees and their families.

A series of important technological changes have also been implemented in a short period of time – redefining the way Dubai Airports works. This includes the introduction of an online collaboration platform and easing restrictions on video conferencing to enable remote work, the launch of the DAInsignia e-signature platform enabling 100% of the digital workforce to work from anywhere, and the automation of HR employee services, which help eliminate paper and enhance employee experience. These changes not only increase efficiency, but also enable true contactless work, maximizing the safety of all employees.

Majed Al Joker, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Airports, said: “Dubai and the UAE’s response to the pandemic has been hailed as a model globally as it balances the safety and well-being of its people while protecting the economy and businesses of all walks of life. Thousands of livelihoods.. We know that restoring consumer confidence is the first key requirement for a meaningful recovery, so we work hard to ensure our employees and customers have confidence in our ability to keep them safe and protected at DXB. “

The Covid 19 – Response category at this year’s Stevie Awards recognizes innovative workplace redesigns during the Covid-19 pandemic to keep employees, customers and others safe and productive. This special category recognizes HR individuals, teams and the organization as a whole who have contributed to ensuring employee safety, health, employment, compensation and knowledge over the past year.

More than 100 professionals from around the world participated in the judging process to select this year’s Stevie Award, Silver and Bronze Award winners. Winners in the Employers of the Year category are determined by a unique combination of ratings from professional judges and more than 80,000 public votes.
