[ad_1]

Dubai Airport was named Gold for Most Innovative Workplace Redesign During Covid-10 at the seventh annual Stevie Top Employers Awards.

Dubai Airports received a Gold Stevie Award for the many impressive steps taken to protect the health and well-being of employees, customers and guests during the Covid-19 pandemic. This includes redesigning the workplace at Dubai Airport, installing on-site testing and vaccination facilities, and providing these facilities free of charge to all employees and their families.

A series of important technological changes have also been implemented in a short period of time – redefining the way Dubai Airports works. This includes the introduction of an online collaboration platform and easing restrictions on video conferencing to enable remote work, the launch of the DAInsignia e-signature platform enabling 100% of the digital workforce to work from anywhere, and the automation of HR employee services, which help eliminate paper and enhance employee experience. These changes not only increase efficiency, but also enable true contactless work, maximizing the safety of all employees.

Majed Al Joker, Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Airports, said: “Dubai and the UAE’s response to the pandemic has been hailed as a model globally as it balances the safety and well-being of its people while protecting the economy and businesses of all walks of life. Thousands of livelihoods..
