Dubai Autodrome, the UAE’s premier multi-purpose racing and entertainment facility, announced the completion of the second phase of its AED16.5 million business park. The project includes seven warehouse units with an area of 4,844 square feet each. The expansion of the existing 12-unit Phase I project with a total area of more than 65,000 square feet will help to consolidate Dubai Motor Speedway as the premier motorsport venue in the Middle East.
The second phase of the business park is equipped with all necessary facilities to help business owners operate smoothly and uninterruptedly. These include 24/7 security, 24/7 maintenance and waste management services in line with the sustainable development goals of Dubai Motor Speedway. In addition, the park is known for its strategic location and proximity to the racetrack, which makes it an ideal environment for all entities in the automotive industry.
Since its establishment in 2004, Dubai Motor Speedway has attracted millions of people to its venues to enjoy motorsports and lifestyle activities, while providing a safe place for motorsport enthusiasts to host exciting events. The business park expansion project will strengthen business-to-business relationships in the community and help promote the further development of domestic and international business activities in Dubai.

After the success of the first two phases, the third phase of the Dubai Circuit Business Park is already in the planning phase, and modular units will be used to meet the needs and expectations of customers.
