The project includes seven warehouse units with an area of ​​4,844 square feet each. The expansion of the existing 12-unit Phase I project with a total area of ​​more than 65,000 square feet will help to consolidate Dubai Motor Speedway as the premier motorsport venue in the Middle East.

The second phase of the business park is equipped with all necessary facilities to help business owners operate smoothly and uninterruptedly.
