A deliveryman in Dubai was hailed as a hero because they helped a family because their vehicle ran out of gas.
Pizza Hut in the UAE posted a video on Instagram showing the deliveryman Mohammed Ahmed Ali Tariq being commended.
“We are celebrating one of our heroes and thank Muhammad Ahmed Ali Tariq for being such an important part of our community,” the pizza chain posted.
Amna Irfan, a blogger named uaefamily_explorers, posted a generous help post about Tariq. The family, including three children, were trapped in “somewhere near the Jebel Ali Free Zone” after their car ran out of gas.
They are obviously unable to connect to their recovery service. Tariq approached the family and offered to help.
He insisted that they pay him only for gasoline after he bought the gasoline.
“When we traveled with our three children, it was very touching (and) we felt very happy… This is the most inspiring thing that happened to us today, and we are grateful to him,” the blogger posted.
Inspiring deliverymen in Dubai with their kindness is not new. In July of this year, Talabat rider Mohammed Hassan waited for a customer until she returned to make sure it was safe for him to hear the baby crying in the apartment.
