Dubai Economy announced on Monday the launch of a new digital platform for companies and consumers for sweepstakes and scratching events.
As the first government digital platform, the Raffles Dubai app is a comprehensive platform for merchants to manage sweepstakes and electronically supervise all sweepstakes.

For consumers, it only takes a few minutes to participate in the lucky draw through the app. They can also get all the information about coupons, prizes and sweepstakes, scan and win e-coupons.

Winners will also be announced digitally through this new platform. Therefore, an electronic lottery will be held without the need for an on-site inspector to perform the lottery.

The Dubai Economy stated that the plan aims to increase consumer confidence and trust in the sweepstakes carried out by UAE retailers and other institutions.
