Dubai’s hotel occupancy rate ranks second in the world, with an average of 61%.
The Ministry of Tourism and Commerce Marketing of Dubai (Dubai Tourism Authority) revealed that from January to July 2021, the city received 2.85 million international overnight visitors.

Driven by the domestic market’s demand for accommodation and the open international market for tourists, Dubai’s hotel occupancy rate reached 61% from January to July 2021, further enhancing confidence in the industry and demonstrating its attractiveness and The ability to provide guests with world-class hospitality.
