Visitors to the UAE do not need GDRFA or ICA approval.
Emirates, the Dubai-based airline, issued a tourist guide on Tuesday. After the UAE authorities announced the resumption of visit visas for tourists vaccinated against Covid from August 30, a new travel update was issued.
People holding all types of visas and/or entry permits granted by the UAE authorities can now fly to Dubai. The approved visa categories are: employment, short-term or long-term stay, visit and newly issued residence visas.
The following is the procedure for tourists to Dubai:
-Check if you need a visa. Depending on your nationality, you can obtain a visa on arrival, or you can apply for a pre-arranged visit visa to the Dubai Immigration Department before traveling.
-Tourists to the UAE do not need GDRFA or ICA approval.

The Covid-19 testing protocol for travelers from Bangladesh, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Indonesia is as follows:
-A valid negative Covid19 PCR test certificate with a QR code issued within 48 hours after the sample is collected from an approved medical institution
-A rapid PCR test report with a QR code for testing at the departure airport within six hours of departure
