Industry cloud company Infor says the Heart of Europe resort in Dubai’s World Islands is using Infor Hotel Management Solutions (HMS) and Infor sales and event management software to enhance the guest experience at its upscale Monaco hotel.
The Monaco Hotel, a stylish 198-room hotel in the heart of Europe, has deployed Infor’s industry-specific HMS and will soon be using Infor’s event management solution. A second hotel on the same island, the 272-room Hotel Nice, will emulate both solutions in a few months.
With Infor HMS, the Côte d’Azur Hotel in Monaco can collect and use integrated holistic data across multiple touchpoints to provide guests with a seamless, personalized, and consistent experience. It enables hotels to offer services including self-check-in and allows guests to select preferences from dining to entertainment via their mobile devices. This improves the guest experience while increasing the productivity of hotel staff who can reallocate resources to more important tasks, including enhanced customer service.
By using Infor Sales & Event Management, hotels will simplify the way they manage events and catering, which is especially important for large-scale events in the Heart of Europe. The software automates the entire booking process from initial inquiry to final invoice and can be customized to support every stage of the campaign lifecycle.
“As a new glamorous hotel in one of the world’s most iconic locations, we want to ensure our guests have an exceptional experience from the time they book, during their stay, to planning their next visit,” said IT Cluster Director, Heart of Europe Mahmoud Karaki said.
“Infor HMS has helped us transform our ability to serve our guests while optimizing the efficiency of our front- and back-office teams. The software is intuitive and easy to use, combined with Infor’s strong customer support, to help us maximize its impact.
“Infor Sales & Event Management will enable us to deliver the seamless, frictionless experience that our guests, especially corporate customers, have come to expect. The solution will allow us to automate entire events through intuitive workflows at all stages of the customer journey The booking process. It also integrates seamlessly with other solutions and will give us clear business visibility at all times,” Karaki added.
Luxury tourism in Dubai is booming. According to the World Travel and Tourism Council, the UAE will generate $29.4 billion in revenue from international tourists in 2022, making it the city with the highest international tourism spending. In addition, Dubai will welcome 14.36 million international overnight visitors in 2022, up 97% year-on-year from 7.28 million in 2021, according to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
“By deploying Infor’s industry-specific software, Hotel Côte d’Azur Monaco is well positioned to meet the needs of Dubai’s burgeoning luxury tourism and corporate hospitality industries,” said Stan van Roij, Vice President of Sales, Infor Hospitality.
“Heart of Europe’s future-proof approach will ensure that the guest experience meets or exceeds their expectations. We look forward to continuing to work with Heart of Europe to expand its portfolio of luxury hotels and services.” – trade arab news agency
