Dubai’s first mall to expand with 25 new stores

Dubai’s Al Ghurair Centre, the city’s first mall, is set for a major expansion, adding 25 new shops and a new street food hall. With these additions, the mall, established in 1981, will house more than 240 outlets.

The center anticipates welcoming 15 million visitors in 2023. It recently introduced Glitch, an entertainment hub featuring various attractions.

Flayva, the upcoming street food hall, will include 23 food and beverage units. Al Ghurair Centre has maintained high occupancy levels, despite the challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, attracting international and local brands.
