[ad_1]

ABU DHABI – Mohamed Al Ahmedi, CEO of Ducab Metals Business, said the company aims to promote products bearing the ‘Made in UAE’ brand by exporting 95 percent of its production to more than 55 markets around the world.

In a statement to the Emirates News Agency (WAM), Al Ahmedi highlighted the company’s ambition to enter new markets and strengthen the UAE’s global industrial capabilities through its geographic diversification strategy.

He added that Ducab Metals participates in national domestic value initiatives by supporting supply chains, growing industries, attracting foreign investment, creating quality jobs in the private sector and strengthening national capacity.

Al Ahmedi explained that continuous development is one of the pillars of the Ducab Group’s work, noting that 2022 is the year the company will develop new products.

The CEO of Ducab Metals said: “There is no doubt that our successful delivery of products to various international markets including Mexico and Brazil has enhanced the value of UAE products and confirmed their competitiveness as our customers trust us efficiency and high quality of our products. We are proud of this achievement and our contribution to promoting the ‘Made in UAE’ brand all over the world.

He noted that the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD) group provides a global model for supply chains through the presence of raw materials and their manufacturers, exports through Khalifa Port, and an economic system that combines suppliers, factories and exporters. The two-in-one position has contributed significantly to the creation of a strong economic competition model, and an example of this integrated system is the strategic relationship that brings together Ducab Metals and Emirates Global Aluminum, both companies that are part of KIZAD.

Al Ahmedi said that this integrated system, combined with the latest infrastructure, has contributed significantly to the growth of the business at the Ducab metal factory in KIZAD, which exports 95 percent of its production to global markets.

He said: “Ducab Metals responds to the UAE’s desire to further diversify the local economy and promote a circular economy, recycling materials according to international best recycling practices and participating through its partners in the supply of copper and aluminum products to clean and clean the country’s renewable energy projects.”
