In exchange for freedom of work location, employees will be required to enter the “nearest Canva center” at least eight times a year. Canva also provides additional benefits throughout the company, such as “free meetings on Wednesdays.”
The online business decided to adopt a new working model after internal analysis. In their workplace assessment, a survey found that 79% of their teams “feel efficient working from home”. In addition, after “relaxing the stay-at-home order again this year”, about 81% of employees hope to continue to balance remote work and office work.
