The management team of Park Rotana and Park Arjaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi is pleased to welcome its new first female general manager Eleni Tsolakou.
Eleni is no stranger to Rotana as a seasoned hotelier with over 20 years of experience around the world. She was General Manager of Centro Barsha in Rotana, Dubai from 2013 to 2015 and General Manager of Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan in Rotana, Abu Dhabi from 2015 to 2019. Prior to her role as General Manager of Rotana, she held leadership positions in Indonesia, Djibouti, Egypt and the UAE with well-known hotel brands such as Kempinski Hotel Group, Legian Hotels and Emirates Palace. She then served as General Manager of Address Dubai Marina Hotel & Residence and later joined Aldar as General Manager of Yas Mall. Prior to moving to Park Rotana, she was part of the opening team for WB Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton and Double Tree by Hilton Abu Dhabi as cluster hotel manager. Combined with her extensive experience, her qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree from her native Greece, a Master of Science from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and a Diploma from Harvard Business School, USA.
A multilingual hotelier who speaks English, German and Greek, Eleni is known for her creativity, leadership and business acumen. Her achievements in all the properties she handles, both pre-opening and established hotels, speak for themselves. For all hoteliers, especially women, Eleni is an inspiring role model and an asset to the hospitality industry.
