As part of the sale of shares, Ms Kievneythe owner of Small Compliance LLCarranged Miss Hong Prior to resigning as the sole officer and member of the company’s board of directors and appointing new company officers and directors. Effective August 25, 2022Company accepts resignation Rhonda Kievney As the sole officer of the Corporation and the sole member of the Corporation’s Board of Directors.resignation Ms Kievney Not due to any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The following officers and directors were also elected:

Chi Wai Woo as its President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and Director

Officers and directors have extensive knowledge in the management and regulatory compliance of micro public companies. In addition, all executives had previous executive and directorships in public companies.
