Dubai’s leading design-led boutique developer Ellington Properties and Sol Properties, the real estate arm of Bhatia Group, have launched Oakley Square Residences, a joint-venture residential project at Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) under the Ellington brand.
The launch follows Ellington Properties and Sol Properties recently announced a partnership to develop a new residential project.
Oakley Plaza Residences will span four residential floors in addition to the ground floor and basement. The project will have 269 units, including 67 studios, 146 one-bedroom apartments and 56 two-bedroom apartments.
Featuring Ellington’s signature high-quality amenities, Oakley Square Residences will feature two lobbies with hotel-style lounge areas, a cinema room, a lushly landscaped courtyard space and a pool deck with relaxation and plunge pools, equipped with Baja shelving, sun loungers, cabanas and pool spa.
There will be a dedicated children’s area with a shaded swimming pool and an entertainment area with games and climbing structures. Residents will benefit from extensive outdoor amenities including padel tennis courts, game table areas, shaded BBQ and dining areas, outdoor patios with seating areas, and indoor and outdoor fitness centers with locker rooms. Oakley Square Residences will also feature electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle storage.
