Emerson signs pledge to advance gender equality in UAE business leadership roles

Emerson (NYSE: EMR ), a global software and engineering leader, has signed a pledge with more than two dozen major multinational companies to advance gender equality and advance women’s leadership in the field united arab emirates.

To achieve this goal, Emerson and 23 business leaders in strategic sectors including manufacturing, energy, finance, defense, aerospace, information technology and healthcare have committed to increasing the entry and retention of women in leadership positions by 2025 30%.
