After working in economy class for over 5 years, I am happy to share that I have successfully completed the business class upgrade course and will be officially running in premium class!
Cabin crew are always expected to maintain a high level of customer interaction and engagement with Emirates guests, but Business Class takes in-flight hospitality to a whole new level.
Emirates business class
Spacious leather seats, premium dining experiences and award-winning entertainment are just a few of the many features you can expect when you travel in Emirates Business Class. When flying on an Emirates Airbus A380, you can also enjoy the exclusive A380 onboard lounge.

business class training
My business class course was 5 days at the Emirates Aviation Academy. Topics covered include: customer service, hospitality, and image and uniform. At the end of the week, we received a certificate of completion to commemorate the achievement and to celebrate the occasion with some dessert.
I’m excited to take a step forward in my Emirates career and hope this opportunity leads to many more!
