India’s flag carrier Air India has launched a special Independence Day deal for passengers travelling to India from all GCC stations.

Airfare from UAE to major Indian cities like Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai will be as low as AED 330.

Under the “One India One Fare” initiative, the airline is offering attractive one-way fares from all Gulf stations (except Oman) on all direct flights to any destination in India.

Passengers can take advantage of this offer from 8 to 21 August 2022.

On all tickets sold during travel before October 15, 2022, passengers have a checked baggage allowance of 35kg and a hand baggage allowance of 8kg.

According to Air India Regional Manager PP Singh, “The UAE contributes 50% in terms of flights operated in the Gulf region and 56% in terms of seats offered outside the Gulf.

“Air India, including Air India Express, operates 81,000 weekly seats in the Gulf.”

Limited seats under this program will be offered to passengers on a first-come, first-served basis.

These special fares are available on Air India website/mobile app and through authorised travel agents.

For the first time, Air India has made such an attractive offer to India simultaneously from all sites in the Gulf.

One-way all-inclusive special fares are available for direct Air India flights from each stop.

Sale valid: 8-21 August 2022

Travel valid until October 15, 2022

*Fares may vary due to currency fluctuations.
