ABU DHABI, 15th March, 2023 (WAM) — Abu Dhabi Airlines, the capital’s first low-cost airline, celebrated its inaugural flight to Kolkata, India, with a ceremony at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
The new service between Abu Dhabi International Airport and Kolkata Airport operates three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Air Arabia Group CEO Adel Al Ali expressed his delight at the launch, saying: “We are delighted to launch Air Arabia’s inaugural flight from Abu Dhabi to Kolkata, which is a great addition to our network and range of existing destinations. is an important addition to the. Air Arabia Abu Dhabi is committed to expanding its network and enabling global connections to and from the UAE capital, with direct access to 34 destinations from Abu Dhabi International Airport. The new route to Kolkata is the airline’s seventh destination in India after Cochin, Calicut, Trivandrum, Chennai, Mumbai and Ahmedabad.
