Finally, in session three, titled ‘Emirati Women in Defence: In Search of a New Paradigm of Thinking’, Dr Fatma Bazargan, Director of Enablement Technologies, Requirements and Capabilities, Raytheon Emirates ltd, and other female defense professionals discussed their experiences and Encourage more women to join the industry.
