Emirates News Agency – Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed oversees fast-tracking of all government services to TAMM

ABU DHABI, 16th August, 2022 (WAM) — Overseen by His Excellency Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office and Member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council All government services on a unified TAMM platform.

During a visit to the TAMM facility in Abu Dhabi, His Highness reviewed the progress of the service enhancement programme based on the fact that 100% of government services are now available on the unified TAMM platform. Users can now access more than 700 services anytime, anywhere through the TAMM platform as the main unified channel for all Abu Dhabi government services.

During the visit, Sheikh Khaled instructed to continuously upgrade government service delivery by streamlining and improving processes and to expedite the updating of the TAMM platform for digital service excellence. He also instructed to take user feedback into account while government entities collaborate to facilitate the customer journey and provide an efficient and seamless service to the community.

Sheikh Khalid, accompanied by Ali Rashid Al Ketbi, Chairman of the Department of Government Support (DGS), said: “This reflects the leadership’s continued commitment to Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation journey and its use of emerging technologies to provide government clients with Active efforts to stitch together. Inspired by our leadership, Abu Dhabi government entities have undertaken a wide range of efforts to contribute to Abu Dhabi’s global position in the field of digital government. By focusing on the vital importance of delivering world-class government sexuality, this collective commitment has yielded remarkable experiences, all led by innovation.”

His Highness was also accompanied by Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi, Chairman of the Ministry of Economic Development, who praised the leadership’s vision and unbounded support for Abu Dhabi’s digital transformation process. He noted that in line with the leadership’s vision, the project to migrate all government entities to the TAMM ecosystem paves the way for a sustainable future for present and future generations.

Al Hammadi added: “Utilizing the latest digital solutions and technologies aimed at improving the quality of life will support the business community and bring more prosperity and growth to the economy and society.”

The project to migrate all Abu Dhabi government services to the TAMM ecosystem has seen 33 government entities collaborate to develop TAMM as a one-stop shop for all government services through four channels. To achieve this, Abu Dhabi government entities have taken active steps to jointly drive digital transformation. This included more than 300 immersive workshops involving 495 employees of Abu Dhabi government entities.
