ABU DHABI, 13th October, 2022 (WAM) — Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH) has launched Kawader, a unique platform for healthcare professionals in Abu Dhabi, during GITEX Global 2022 in Dubai Unique job opportunities.
As part of its commitment to retain and attract talent to Abu Dhabi, the department seeks to support healthcare cadres by listing vacancies based on the needs and requirements of the department.
Kawader will highlight available vacancies in line with Abu Dhabi’s Healthcare Workforce Planning to promote the quality, efficiency and sustainability of healthcare delivery in the UAE.
The platform will provide an overview of vacancies in various medical fields within UAE medical institutions, including nursing, emergency medicine, internal medicine and other related medical fields. The platform contains an integrated set of features and functions to meet the needs of Abu Dhabi healthcare professionals and healthcare providers. The adaptive platform takes into account the changing needs and capacities of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi as well as future needs.
The platform allows healthcare professionals to create profiles, add resumes and licenses, and nominate available jobs that fit their experience. Through Kawader, healthcare providers in Abu Dhabi will be able to communicate directly with registered applicants to understand their capabilities and provide them with job opportunities.
