Emirates News Agency – Q Holding, Trojan General Contracting enter into partnership to build 1,742 villas for Emiratis in Abu Dhabi

ABU DHABI, 31st May, 2023 (WAM) — Q Holding Group has signed two major agreements with Trojan General Contracting, one of the leading local contracting and development companies, to design and build 1,742 Villa Q Holdings Abu Dhabi.

The agreements follow a partnership between Q Holding and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to develop the two areas in line with Abu Dhabi’s Vision 2030 to build a sustainable city and provide advanced housing for the country’s Emirati citizens. housing environment.

Majed Odeh, Group CEO of Q Holding, said: “Our agreement with Trojan to develop these two new projects follows a comprehensive study of the company’s record in building to the highest standards. Both agreements are Reaffirming our commitment to deliver added value to Abu Dhabi’s economy and society at large. We are confident that the accumulated experience of our partners will ensure that the project is completed to the highest agreed standard within the stipulated time and budget.”

The scope of work for both conventions includes design, construction and infrastructure development for the final delivery of the projects.

Commenting on the agreement, Ben Hudson, chief executive of Q Properties, the development arm of Q Holding, said: “Our aim is to make Abu Dhabi one of the most liveable cities in the world. Residents of Dhabi are able to access best-in-class practices in community living while contributing to a more environmentally sustainable world. With the help of Trojan, we believe our collective efforts will realize this vision and we will deliver with the highest quality these projects.”

The Sibanias strategic project is planned to be implemented over the next four years. The project will cover an area of ​​about 6 million square meters, build 1,500 villas, and support various necessary infrastructure projects such as roads, social, educational and service facilities, parks and green spaces.

The new Al Samha project will be implemented over 38 months and will cover an area of ​​over 500,000 square meters. It involves the construction of 242 villas, along with several necessary infrastructure works accompanying the project, aimed at providing environmental sustainability and comfort to the residents.
