ABU DHABI, 31st May, 2023 (WAM) — Q Holding Group has signed two major agreements with Trojan General Contracting, one of the leading local contracting and development companies, to design and build 1,742 Villa Q Holdings Abu Dhabi.
The agreements follow a partnership between Q Holding and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to develop the two areas in line with Abu Dhabi’s Vision 2030 to build a sustainable city and provide advanced housing for the country’s Emirati citizens. housing environment.

The scope of work for both conventions includes design, construction and infrastructure development for the final delivery of the projects.

The Sibanias strategic project is planned to be implemented over the next four years. The project will cover an area of about 6 million square meters, build 1,500 villas, and support various necessary infrastructure projects such as roads, social, educational and service facilities, parks and green spaces.
The new Al Samha project will be implemented over 38 months and will cover an area of over 500,000 square meters. It involves the construction of 242 villas, along with several necessary infrastructure works accompanying the project, aimed at providing environmental sustainability and comfort to the residents.
