MOSCOW, 1st April, 2023 (WAM) — Dubai’s Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities, IACAD, in cooperation with the UAE Embassy in the Russian Federation, organized a charity event during which a donation to the Administrative Center of Omsk Oblast, Siberia, Russia The poor and poor of the city of Omsk.
