The Emirates Group and the Anwar Gargash Academy of Diplomacy (AGDA) will partner to launch a training program for the airline’s UAE Country Manager.
The innovative program aims to improve the diplomatic skills of executives based around the world and forms part of the Group’s new Business Ambassador leadership programme.
The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Airline and Group, and Zaki Anwar Nusseibeh, Cultural Advisor to the President of the UAE. ) signing ceremony with members of the Board of Directors of the United Arab Emirates University and AGDA, as well as senior managers and representatives of both organizations.

AGDA’s 5-day course will give UAE Country Managers a thorough understanding of the diplomatic skills needed to effectively represent the Emirates Group abroad and achieve its business and commercial objectives. A series of tailor-made practical training courses will also serve as a platform for knowledge exchange and enrich the capabilities of UAE managers in the aviation sector.
