Emirates has now restored its full Japanese network and resumed passenger services to Tokyo Haneda on 2 April, further building on the airline’s continued expansion in Southeast Asia.
Flight EK312, operated by one of Emirates’ newest Boeing 777 “game changer” aircraft, departed Dubai on April 2 at 07:50 and arrived in Haneda at 22:35. Return flight EK313 departs Haneda at 00:05 on April 3 and arrives in Dubai at 06:20. All times are local time.
Satish Sethi, Emirates Country Manager Japan, said: “We are very excited about the continued development of our network in Japan, and are particularly grateful to the local authorities and our partners for their support and for working with us to provide seamless global connectivity for Japanese travelers.
“We have been in this market for over 20 years and are very pleased to finally be back at Tokyo Haneda as we look forward to supporting the growing demand for international travel. The overnight flight from Haneda provides travelers with a valuable connection to Dubai Emirates points outside Europe, Africa and the Middle East.”
In addition to Tokyo-Haneda, Emirates also operates daily flights to Tokyo-Narita and Osaka. From these points, the airline offers passengers access to an additional 24 domestic cities in Japan through its codeshare partnership with Japan Airlines. Japanese travelers can also seamlessly travel to more than 130 destinations on 6 continents via Dubai, including popular destinations such as Italy, Spain, the US, France and the UK. – trade arab news agency
