There are seven flights to Manila, five to Clark and two to Cebu every week.
Dubai-based Emirates announced on Wednesday that it has resumed regular passenger services to Manila, Clark and Cebu.
As the Philippine authorities lifted the ban on passengers from the UAE on September 6, the airline has resumed 7 weekly flights to and from Manila, 5 weekly flights to Clark and twice weekly flights to overnight accommodation. Fog flights can be booked for Filipinos and foreigners.
In addition to commercial flights, Emirates has also obtained approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines to operate special commercial flights to Manila in September. The airline will operate a special “Bayanihan” flight on EK332 from September 18th to 25th to provide additional capacity for citizens who wish to fly home from the UAE. Only Filipino citizens currently in the UAE are eligible to reserve seats on special flights and need to meet the following requirements:
> All passengers must present a negative RT-PCR result 48 hours before boarding
> A 10-day facility quarantine, with the arrival date as the first day, will apply to all passengers, and then a 4-day home quarantine. Emirates will coordinate with the Overseas Workers’ Welfare Administration (OWWA) and/or the Department of Tourism (DOT) the allocation of designated hotel isolation facilities.
