Emirates tops YouGov recommendation rankings in UAE

[ad_1]

According to analysis by internet-based international market research and data analytics company YouGov, Emirates tops the UAE’s 2022 recommendation ranking with a recommendation score of 91.8.

Noting the biggest improvement among the top 10 brands (+4.2), the airline maintained its position as the most recommended brand for UAE customers.

The ranking is based on the YouGov BrandIndex’s Positive Referral Score, which measures the percentage of a brand’s customers who recommend a brand to a friend or colleague. Each brand in our rankings has at least 300 samples and has been tracked for at least 6 months, and all scores are rounded to one decimal place.

The iPhone and Adidas also ranked second (89.9) and third (89.1) respectively this year, with slightly improved scores. Another sports brand to re-enter the 2022 list is Nike, at No. 5, with a +1.1 increase in its score. Likewise, the iPhone’s biggest rival, Samsung Galaxy, came in sixth (87.8), improving its score by +1.7 year-over-year.

In addition to Emirates, Etihad Airways is also on the list. The airline brand has dropped three places to eighth (86.4) this year, and its score hasn’t changed much.

Emaar, on the other hand, has consolidated its position over the past year (+2.6), moving up two places to fourth in the 2022 ranking. Another brand that is increasingly likely to be recommended during this period is Almarai. The dairy giant’s score rose by +2.4 to move up one spot to seventh in the 2022 ranking.

Gucci is a newcomer to the list with a score of 9 (85.8), while Dettol is ranked 10th with a score of 85.3. – arab trade news agency
