Emrill appoints soft services head to strengthen services

UAE-based provider of integrated facilities management services Emrill has appointed Kym Mayes as Head of Soft Services.

In her new role, Mayes will develop and implement strategies to further strengthen Emrill’s service and sustainability efforts. With over 25 years of experience with service providers and clients in the UAE, UK and Australia, Mayes has expertise in managing challenges and delivering client-focused solutions. She has played an integral role in bridging the gap between field teams and office operations. Through extensive training and mentoring, she shares her experience empowering and developing teams.

Mayes’ experience in facilities management, event management, shopping mall service delivery, and health and safety training across a wide range of industries, sectors and countries enables her to adopt and apply a full 360-degree approach to supporting teams and fostering continuous improvement in delivering service.
