The restaurant will launch a new exclusive tasting menu experience called “Massimo’s Friends”, which includes a six-course Italian feast designed and cooked by Torno Subito’s De Cuisine, Chef Bernardo Paladini, and creative chef Massimiliano Mascia. The idea behind the San Domenico restaurant.

The first special event of Massimo’s Friends will start at 8pm on Wednesday, November 10. First is piadina bread, smoked eel, cacio e pepe sauce and pickled cabbage, then Cocktail Di Gamberi 2.0, with steamed red prawns, cocktail foam, sea asparagus, lettuce and black caviar, then Polpo, with grilled Mediterranean octopus. Specialties, celery puree and black cabbage.
Continue your gastronomic journey with Uovo In Raviolo, a creamy ricotta and spinach ravioli with egg yolk and black truffle, risotto with artichokes, sweet bread and veal sauce, and Guancia (a tender Slow-cooked veal cheeks, served with polenta), nest cheese and balsamic vinegar.
Round things up with Sottobosco, which includes an interesting fusion of pumpkin, mushroom, truffle, chocolate and vanilla. The price of dinner is only AED 549, and you can choose to order wine, cocktails and other your favorite a la carte drinks.
