Most of his artistic career has been spent in France, but he has never forgotten the influence of his innate Iraqi, Babylonian and Islamic art. The core of the exhibition is the three-pointed star à 135° (three angles of 135°), nicknamed “Spider” by the artist. In reference to the architectural traditions of Mesopotamia, the large-scale artwork consists of 100 wooden blocks with a blue hue. The artist does not think of creation as a sculpture or installation, but a structure. His other works include wall-based art, which combine to form a vibrant geometric composition.
