Enoc Group reaffirms its commitment to supporting Emiratisation during UAE Careers 2022, providing more than 80 job opportunities across the Group’s downstream and corporate sectors. By 2022, the group will achieve 50% Emiratiisation.
Enoc participated in the 21st edition of Careers in the UAE, which took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre from September 20 to 22, during which it revealed various energy career opportunities.
Candidates will be able to apply for jobs directly through Enoc’s careers page, either from their booth at Sheikh Saeed Hall 1, or remotely.

Enoc is recruiting young and talented UAE nationals in the energy sector with specialisations in chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering, sales, marketing, business development and legal to support the group’s growth strategy, IT and cyber security.

Over the years, Enoc Group has launched various initiatives to support the growth and development of talent in the UAE, including a comprehensive Graduate Development Programme (GDP) pioneered in 2016. The programme focuses on developing functional, behavioural, professional, managerial and leadership skills for UAE nationals.
SAP’s solution
Enoc Group is also partnering with global technology company SAP on its Young Professionals program. The Young Professionals Program of the SAP Training and Development Institute is a 3-month program through which 18 unemployed or underemployed college graduates acquire digital and soft skills and become certified SAP Associates with SAP’s latest solutions consultant. Enoc Group has hired 13 graduates of the program.
The group has achieved 100% Emirati at executive management and 77% at senior management.
Enoc has a strong on-the-job training culture, offering job placements, cross-functional projects and temporary assignments. As part of upskilling, Enoc provides training opportunities to young UAE national students from various local colleges/institutions.
The group also offers internship work placements for students in their final two years of college, and a summer training program for high school graduates and students in their first two years of college. — arab trade news agency
