Enoc Group reaffirms its commitment to support Emiratization during the UAE Careers 2022, which will provide more than 80 jobs in the downstream and corporate sectors within the group. In 2022, the group achieved 50% emiratization.
Enoc participated in the 21st UAE Careers Fair held at Dubai World Trade Center from September 20th to 22nd, showcasing a variety of energy career opportunities.
Candidates will be able to apply for jobs directly through Enoc’s careers page, either from the booth located at Sheikh Saeed Hall 1, or remotely.

Enoc is recruiting young and talented UAE nationals in the energy sector, specializing in chemical, mechanical and electrical engineering, sales, marketing, business development and legal fields, to support the group’s growth strategy, IT and cybersecurity.

Over the years, Enoc Group has launched various initiatives to support the growth and development of Emirati talent, including the first-of-its-kind comprehensive Graduate Development Program (GDP) in 2016. The program focuses on developing functional, behavioural, professional, management and leadership skills of UAE nationals.
Solutions from SAP
Enoc Group is also partnering with global technology company SAP on its Young Professionals programme. SAP Training and Development Institute’s Young Professionals Program is a 3-month program through which 18 unemployed or underemployed university graduates acquire digital and soft skills and become certified SAP Associate Consultants for SAP’s latest solutions . Enoc Group has hired 13 graduates of the program.
The group has achieved 100% emiratization in executive management and 77% emiratization in senior management.
Enoc has a strong culture of on-the-job training, offering job shadowing, cross-functional projects and temporary assignments. As part of upskilling, Enoc provides training opportunities to young UAE national students from various local colleges/institutions.
The group also offers work placement placements for students in their final two years of university study and a summer training program for high school graduates and students in their first two years of university study. — trade arab news agency
