Casino ownership group CBAC is about to announce an entertainment-focused development at 1301 Warner Street, Baltimore Horseshoe Casino general manager Randy Conroy told SouthBMore.com. The two-story, 31,377-square-foot building on 1.26 acres was purchased by CBAC in 2016 for $3,222,500.
This new item will be added to CBAC’s Walk @ Warner Street Recreation-focused mixed-use development connecting Horseshoe Baltimore with M&T Bank Stadium. Topgolf opens last month, Renovated Park Behind Casino Garage Reopening in recent weeks, music venues Paramount Baltimore to open next summer, A hotel is scheduled to start construction within a few yearsplans to add retail buildings, and plans to improve the streetscape.
1301 Warner Street is across the street from M&T Bank Stadium and the Paramount Baltimore Hotel. It has been marketed using the placeholder name for Yard Social. The renderings in the H&R retail marketing brochure show a large bar and beer garden with a roof deck and slides.
The only property on Warner Street not controlled by CBAC is the public warehouse at 1415 Russell Street.
