Recently, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence launched a Thermite robot on Gitex Global, aka Robot Firefighter, equivalent to ten firefighters. Sounds impressive, right? Amazing Features of This Robot Firefighter

The Thermite Robot includes two water spray nozzles; the larger nozzle can be used to spray water heavily on burning items, and the smaller nozzle can spray water more precisely. It can run continuously on diesel for 20 hours without refilling. Up to 300 meters away, it can be operated using the remote control.
In addition, a specialized arm in front of the robot can push obstacles of up to 1.5 tons aside. Objects of up to 4 tons can be removed from the fire scene using the retractable wire hook on the rear of the robot. The larger water outlet has a huge exhaust fan at the rear that you can use to get out the fumes.

Thermite robots are a promising future in civil defense
The main advantage of using this robot is that you can replace it even if it is damaged in a fire. Additionally, the robot’s 2,500-gallon-per-minute pump spout is useful for fighting fires in high-risk areas.
The robot will help put out fires and clear tunnels at the same time. The robot is also equipped with cameras, temperature sensors and wheels, allowing it to traverse uneven ground, including railway lines.
Gitex version 3.0 features seven tech-related themes, including two brand new themes, Global DevSlam and X-Verse, as well as Polaris Dubai Startups, AI Everything, Future Blockchain Summit in partnership with VARA, Fintech Surge and Marketing Mania .
