Proudly showcasing the region’s incredible culinary diversity, talented chefs expertly prepare everything from fresh, crunchy salads to Emirati specialties like deconstructed date cake and sweet luqaimat, as well as Emirati-inspired International delicacies such as Bzar marinated short ribs, Juicy Kobe beef tenderloin and fresh grilled salmon.
Passionate about using locally sourced ingredients from farm to table, Erth highlights the UAE’s abundance of natural ingredients by using fresh, carefully selected produce from farms in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Hatta and across the UAE.

Crafted from a raised floor and inspired by the look and feel of a traditional Parliament, this stylish restaurant is an experiential journey with a warm and comfortable atmosphere.
Erth has been thoughtfully designed by Emirati architects BONE Studio in collaboration with local luminaries such as Aljoud Lootah, Khalid Shafar, Zuleya, Toru and Bahraini Danish to create communal, intimate and intimate dining experiences. Erth Restaurant and BONE Studio, an intimate space where every guest feels instantly at home, have already won the 2022 Identity Design Award and Best Interior Design – Restaurant.
With a picturesque waterfront terrace overlooking the iconic Al Hosn, Erth Restaurant is a captivating celebration of Emirati culture and a tribute to the country’s fascinating past and bright future.
